MUSHROOM AND PANCETTA PASTA RECIPE8:19:00 PM
An easy to prepare pasta dish with a taste of bacon and mushroom.
400g Barilla dried spaghetti pasta
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
75g pancetta (chopped)
180g porcini mushrooms
1 onion, finely chopped
50g of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flat -leaf parsley leaves, chopped
1.) Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions and add salt to taste.
2.) Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat, add onions pancetta and mushrooms until crispy.
3.) Drain the pasta and toss the mushroom pancetta sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve topped with the grated Parmesan cheese.
