In our life we have a lot of questions that we can't easily answer it by our own for example " “What is my purpose in life? “How do I deal with this difficult situation?” “What choice should I make next?” “What if i make the wrong decision?” Our mind is at work all day, every day. Every
decision you make, every challenge that you face, every moment you go
through in life, your mind is your constant companion, and it can be
your best friend or your worst enemy.
As my own opinion, relaxation means not being doing nothing, like doing things more slowly or putting less effort into whatever you're doing. I think the best way to get relax is find yorself in a quite place where you won't be disturbed for a while either sitting up or lying down, find yourself a spot where you can think of yourself relaxing (montain, forest, lake) It also nice to close your eyes and think what makes you happy and relax and become conscious of your breathing. Well i know its easy to say all about this but once you got a chance why dont you try it, sometimes in our life we need some little pause, fresh air, quite place and lil bit of friends that we can lean on.Then after that you will realize what is your really purpose in your life.
